This is somewhat of a loaded question. I am on week 3 of my active pills. Trinessa. I have been on birthcontrol for over nine years.last month I skipped my active pills and on tuesday I started spotting (which is normal when trying to skip a period, doesnt work with trinessa.. (so why did I do it? lol) Anyway, I have been on antibotics for the last 10 days. I have no skipped a pill, taken it around the same time each day. I had unprotected sex on tuesday night, the same night i started the spootting. Im due for my full period next week, but im worried that the anitbotics(lavaquin) made my birth control ineffective and that I may become pregnant. I am kinda under the impression that because i have been on BCP for so long, that my chances are slim, but you can never be to sure. Its been 48 hours since unprotected sex, and I could always do the plan B, Which I might anyway. But, with the antibotics, and taken the plan b over 60 hours later, should i still be concerned with chances of being pregnant, or am i just worring over nothing.
