Are you worried that you are pregnant? And you had sex 11-12 days after the start of your period? And you missed pills?
What days did you miss your pills, and did you make them up?
When you miss one pill, you should take it as soon as you remember the next day, along with that day's pill.
When you miss two pills, you should take two pills two days in a row. Did you do that?
If so, you should still be protected. If not, then you were much less protected.
Is your question about sex during your period unrelated? Yes, it is safer then simply because you are farther away from ovulation. In a "normal" 28-day cycle, ovulation happens about day 12-14.
