Once a week is nothing! I would not be satisfied with once a week, maybe once a day! I love sex! I've been active since I was 19, and when I am in a relationship I usually do it 2-3 times a day, if I dont do it I get nasty.If my husband finishes and doesnt satisfy me I throw a fit! I had a baby last year, my sex drive has not decreased I find it increasing. I am older than my husband and we has trouble keeping up with me......I think its best to have a partner that is near your sex drive, if he cant come close he cant be with me. Sex is the most important thing, the love respect patience etc all stem from the fact that I love to make love with my husband if he didnt satisfy me I would be somewhere else getting some love.
