I had sex for the first time at the end of my 6 or 7 day period 3/5. It was unprotected, he pulled out before ejaculating. I have been under an extreme amount of stress with school midterms, moving into a new apartment, the thought that I could be pregnant (which I am terrified of) and the lack of sleep doesn't help either. Usually I am very regular, 28 days, and as I said, about 6 or 7 days I'm done. This week, I started my period 3 days early on 3/23, it is relatively light, I was spotting for a day or two beforehand but I know it's also (without knowing technical terms) the egg substance I'm discharging. I imagine it's the stress throwing me off, but I am paranoid about being pregnant (which is also adding to stress.)
I had cramps and usual breast tenderness. Other than it being light and early, it's just like a regular period. I've heard the stories of "I was pregnant but still had a period" but you usually hear of it being late. If it's early could that an indication of the same thing?
