Welcome to EmpowHer. Let's see if we can help a bit.
I want to be sure I understand your question correctly.
Three weeks ago you were with your boyfriend and while he tried to thrust inside you, he stopped because it hurt. Is that right?
And since then, you have only done oral sex?
I'm not sure by what you mean when you say "he only penetrated outside." Has your boyfriend ever ejaculated on the opening of your vagina (even if you are still a virgin inside?)
And you say you are usually not regular with your periods, right? Is it common for you to go a week or two late?
It is possible that some pre-ejaculate did get on you and that it could have made its way up through the opening in the hymen (the tissue that is broken when you have sex and are no longer a virgin). But it's not likely. Have you been under a lot of stress since this happened? Stress is enough to make a period go very late or even to make you skip a period, did you know that?
May I ask why your boyfriend does not wear a condom when you are intimate like this? Since it is clear that you do not want to become pregnant, it is the best way to make sure of that.
Did I understand your questions correctly? Is this any help?
