Every woman is different and there may not be any reason for concern but you should still seek physicians assistance. I used to skip periods for months and months at a time, although there was nothing wrong with me.
Physicians can place you on birth control to regulate your period. If thats your case of just randomly missed periods. There is always a chance that the pregnancy tests are wrong too although that there is a smaller chance of that being the answer.
Are you doing anything different? Exercising more? Do you find yourself stressed out? There are many things that will cause missed periods and these are to just name a few. Is there anything else you can add so we may be able to better answer your question.
