You can feel confident in the results from your home pregnancy tests, since you have taken 3 after your missed period. Home pregnancy tests are about 99% effective at detecting any "pregnancy hormones" in your body after a missed period.

Women do have late/missed periods at times, and this can be normal and related to many things: new medication, excess stress, recent illness, etc.

Try to relax and be confident in your tests results, and wait another week to see if your period begins. If not, you can always call your GYN or family doctor to ask if you should make an appointment, but most gynecologists will not be concerned until you have missed more than one period, or have a high chance of being pregnant.

From what you describe, you had genital-to-genital touching without penetration, and he did not ejaculate on/near your vagina, and this would be considered a slight chance of pregnancy...not a high chance...by itself. Coupled with the fact that you have been using birth control pills (a change 3 months ago doesn't matter), then you really can be confident that you are at a very low risk of being pregnant.
