Your aunt is referring to an emergency contraceptive pill which must be taken within 72 hours of unprotected sex to be effective in preventing pregnancy. It is too late for you to take it.
I am not saying that a home pregnancy test is not accurate. It must be done using the first urine of the morning. It is most accurate if taken after your period is late by one week.
I suggested a blood pregnancy test because you appear unconvinced-- you have negative test results yet list symptoms which you questions as indicating pregnancy.
