I can appreciate your concern and need to know for certain whether or not you are pregnant. I can only suggest that you get a blood pregnancy test done. A blood test to check hCG levels is more accurate than a urine test. Only during pregnancy is the hormone hCG produces. Levels can be detected in blood as early as 11 days following conception.
You may be able to get a blood test done by calling your doctor's office or visiting a women's health clinic, or Planned Parenthood.
