Thanks for the info. Being a health coach and a healthy eater, I am always looking for fun, natural recepies. Cabbage is a great vegetable, especially the red variety. I blend it along with celery, kale, chard collards and make the best smoothies. Cabbage lowers the high acidic levels on the blood and brings pH to healthy levels (about 7.0 when consumed daily). Keeping normal pH levels helps the body perform better and prevents oxidative stress.
