I too was told that I have a venous lake condition on my lip about 5 years ago. Although from time to time it tingles, it has caused me no problem, nor has it gotten any larger (thank goodness). When asked if I could have it removed, the doctor told me that my insurance would not cover the cost (~$1,500)! He told me that would buy a lot of lipstick and also not to worry.
